About the Role: RAHSA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the research, design, and development of cutting-edge cybersecurity hardware and software solutions. You will be instrumental in the full product lifecycle, from architecture through to manufacturing release, ensuring the delivery of secure, end-to-end systems.

• Contribute to system architecture design and requirements definition.
• Design, develop, and document embedded firmware for both Embedded Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Create comprehensive unit tests and maintain detailed design/development documentation.
• Perform low-level debugging using hardware signals and laboratory test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Support the product lifecycle from Quality Assurance (QA) and field trials through to production, including troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by QA teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure project success.

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in embedded systems development.
• Proven expertise in Embedded Linux (kernel and driver development) and RTOS programming.
• Hands-on experience with the Yocto Project for building custom Linux distributions.
• Strong knowledge of operating system fundamentals and multi-threaded/parallel programming.
• Direct experience with cybersecurity principles, authentication technologies, and cryptographic algorithms (symmetric, asymmetric, hash functions).
• Familiarity with aviation software/hardware certification standards is a significant advantage:
